2 Weeks

Avery,

You are two weeks old!  The time is going by so fast and you are gaining and growing big!  You already look so different than you did at the hospital.  You are still as pretty as ever!  Your cheeks are filling out and you are so alert during your awake times.  You sleep very well at night for a newbie!!  You usually sleep 3-4 hours at night (sometimes we have to wake you to eat at 4 hours!)  During the day, you will occasionally take long naps, but you can also stay awake for around 3 hours at a time.  That's when you like to eat often!  We are working on a better latch so that you don't gulp so much air and feel full too quick (or spit up your meal)!  You loved having your Momma K here to visit for a week.  She got to hold you and talk to you a lot. :)  And your other grandparents are on their way here to meet you.  You are just the sweetest doll baby and we love you sooooo much!  Happy 2 weeks, baby girl!
